What most people don’t realise about confidence is that it’s a muscle.

If you don’t use it, you lose it. Just like if you did not walk around, then the muscles in your legs would waste away (I know this from my own experience).

What builds confidence is to be competent and to be confident that you just need to get the right training. And then be consistent. Once you are consistent, you start to become more confident and with more confidence, you will become more confident and then it up with Spiral can continue.

Speak to people, look them in the eye, practice flex in the muscle of confidence. Be confident with who you are because I tell you something, your results will never exceed the level of confidence for what it is that you want to do.
