Nobody has a crystal ball, but there has definitely been some fluctuation in house prices and some scarcity with all of the price increases in utilities and construction, costs and interest rates.
One thing I do know is that in all of the previous recessions and declines in house prices and all of the other difficult periods, there have always been people that have come out triumphant.
I have been studying successful people for the last five years, and the common denominator is that their success did not depend on the cycle of the marketplace and definitely did not involve waiting for something.
There is a strategy for everything in life.
And when it comes to property investing, you just need the right strategies to enable you to make profits.
Also, being around people who are trading and doing business in the marketplace right now, will give you the insights that you would never be able to get your hands on if you were doing it by yourself.
I have been reading a book called mastery by Robert Greene. And he said that when modeling someone who has been successful, you can achieve in five years what would normally take 10. I have experienced and witnessed myself that with the right environment, the right guidance, the right training people can achieve in two years what others have taken 20 years to figure out.
Property investing is not a new art, but there are specific principles that have always worked and always will work and that’s what I like to follow. The same thing is allowing the Real life community to continue to purchase properties making profits.
